If you publish a website using ElioFlow, information submitted by visitors through your website forms may be collected and transmitted to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElioFlow shall not be liable for: lost profits; lost business opportunities; data loss; SEO performance; ranking results; generated content inaccuracies; downtime; domain issues; customer disputes; or indirect or consequential damages.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Users are solely responsible for: reviewing generated content; verifying business information; ensuring legal compliance; maintaining backups; and complying with local laws and regulations.

Users must not use ElioFlow for illegal activity, fraud, spam, impersonation, misleading content, or malicious activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of ElioFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
