Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for ElioFlow (“ElioFlow”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) subscriptions and related purchases.

By purchasing a subscription or using paid features, you agree to this Refund Policy together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Overview

Unless stated below, subscription fees are non-refundable. Partial billing periods are not prorated. Third-party or registrar fees are generally non-refundable.

2. 7-Day Refund on First Payment

You may request a refund of the first subscription payment for any paid site on your ElioFlow account within 7 calendar days of that site’s first payment, using the “Request a refund” option in Dashboard → Billing or on the site card when it is shown.

The 7-day window is measured from the date of the first payment for that site, not from when the project was created.

If a site was previously taken offline and you subscribe again more than 7 days after the project was first created, that reactivation payment is not eligible for self-service refund.

If approved and processed successfully:

• the first payment for that site is refunded through Stripe to your original payment method

• your subscription for that site is canceled

• your site is taken offline but your project remains in your account

• the action cannot be undone

After 7 days from the first payment for a given site, the self-service refund option for that site is no longer available.

Each eligible site may be refunded once under this offer, while the refund control is visible in your account and within the 7-day window.

If you reactivate a site after a refund, that site cannot be refunded again — the one-time refund applies to the project for its lifetime, not per subscription payment.

3. Subscription Renewals

Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable once processed.

You may cancel renewal at any time from Sites → Billing to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops renewal; it does not automatically refund past periods already billed.

4. Domain Purchases

Domain registrations and renewals purchased through ElioFlow or third-party registrars are generally non-refundable once submitted to the registrar, including when a domain is unavailable after payment attempts.

5. Failed or Partial Service

If billing succeeded but core paid service could not be delivered due to a platform error on our side, contact support@elioflow.com. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund, credit, or other remedy. We are not obligated to refund for user error, misconfiguration, third-party outages, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated content.

6. How to Request a Refund

Eligible self-service refunds: use Dashboard → Billing within the 7-day window when available.

All other requests: email support@elioflow.com with your account email, site name, and date of payment.

We may ask for additional information to verify ownership and prevent fraud.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Contact us before initiating a chargeback when possible. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination and reversal of access to hosted sites.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated through Stripe. Banks and card issuers may take additional business days to post funds to your account.

9. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The version published on ElioFlow applies to future purchases. Material changes do not retroactively create new refund rights for past charges unless required by law.
